Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Account Service Executive (Inside Sales Representative) in Singapore to generate new business and grow relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

You will support the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams to hit revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. A Diploma or Degree and at least 1 year in inside sales within IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inside sales or related IT experience is required.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow existing relationships via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Qualify leads and support the sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to meet targets.
• Handle multiple client accounts and address queries and issues promptly.
• Prepare price quotes, coordinate shipping, payment and order resolutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing partners.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting contract renewals.
• Maintain a quality pipeline of services and meet sales targets.
