Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate contracts for new customers and ensure on-time contract renewal for existing customers.
• Administer existing and new service contract agreements; handle enquiries and prepare costing sheets.
• Provide sales support to the Business Line team: e-filing of documents, contract review, credit notes, debtors listing, CRM updates, minutes of meetings.
