Job summary

TÜV SÜD PSB Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow the Academy training portfolio. You will convert inbound leads, prospect new business, manage accounts, prepare quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor public, in-house, or customised training solutions.

This hybrid, full-time role offers opportunities to build a healthy pipeline, maintain CRM records, and contribute to the safety and quality standards TÜV SÜD stands for.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management is preferred.
• Sales-driven, proactive and results-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong time management with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales revenue and business development targets for the Academy training portfolio.
• Convert inbound leads and proactively generate new business through prospecting, client engagement, networking and referrals.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, while developing existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable public, in-house or customised training solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and proactively follow through to sales closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams on customer solutions, marketing activities and new training offerings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and market insights.
