Job summary

SG Enable is seeking a data/records governance enthusiast in Singapore to support records management, data consolidation for grants, and automation-driven workflows. You will review retention, optimize folders, and strengthen governance while collaborating with teams to drive social impact.

You will analyze grant data, assist with reporting, and design automated processes using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Power Automate and Excel (PivotTables, formulas, and data tools).
• Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support records management and information governance initiatives with automation to improve efficiency.
• Maintain, analyze, and consolidate grant-related data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Identify process improvements and design/implement automated workflows using Microsoft tools.
• Document processes, workflow improvements, automation solutions, and user guides.
• Assist with preparing and reconciling grant fund disbursement reports and related financial documentation.
