Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking an organized professional to support pre-award grant administration and a digitalisation project in Singapore. You will build Power BI dashboards, set up Power Automate workflows, and streamline SharePoint processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under deadlines. A related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business analytics, information systems or related field.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards (data modelling, Power Query).
• Practical experience with Power Automate and SharePoint (lists, libraries, flows).
• Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for IAIC Project Leads on pre-award grant administration, including proposal checks, endorsements and submission support.
• Process project variations and change requests promptly with proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain accurate project records in relevant systems and trackers.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve grant administration queries.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for grant pipeline, proposal status and lifecycle tracking.
• Design and set up Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions to reduce manual steps.
• Explore AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to improve service delivery.
• Deliver user guides, process documentation and a handover by contract end.
