Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a grants professional to contribute to the design of grant scheme format, theme and timeline within the scope and objective of grant approval.

The role focuses on preventing duplication with national schemes, supporting a balanced funding model, and maintaining documentation per PDPA while coordinating with Management Committee, reviewers, funders and partners and arranging regular updates with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• To participate and contribute to the design of the scheme format, theme and timeline within the scope and objective of grant approval.
• To ensure the scheme does not duplicate or overlap with other existing grant schemes within the national schemes.
• To support in ensuring the appropriate funding model, balancing between financial risks and administrative ease.
• To perform procedure to ensure all key documentation and records (i.e. SOPs, grant applications, evaluations, recommendations, approvals, amendment request and reports) are being properly maintained for the minimum retention period and in compliance with PDPA.
• To invite and brief the relevant stakeholders (e.g. Management Committee, Reviewers, Funders, Partners).
• To arrange and support regular update meetings to the senior management and funders.
