Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• Experience in grant administration, project coordination or administrative support is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for pre-award grant matters (proposals, endorsements, submissions).
• Process project variations with proper documentation and policy compliance.
• Maintain project records and tracking systems across the lifecycle.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve grant queries.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor grant pipelines.
• Design Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions to streamline processes.
• Prepare user guides and knowledge transfer materials.
