Job summary

GMP Group in Singapore is seeking a project support professional to oversee grant administration and digitalisation efforts across pre-award activities and process automation. You will build Power BI dashboards, set up Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions, and explore AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency; you will also document processes and hand over solutions by contract end.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in business analytics, information systems or related field.
Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards (data modelling, Power Query).
Practical experience with Power Automate and SharePoint (lists, libraries, flows).
Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in research grant administration or with funding agency T&Cs.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

Grant Administration (approx. 60-70%): act as liaison for IAIC Project Leads on pre-award grant activities, approvals and submission support; manage project variations and changes with proper documentation and policy compliance; maintain project records; resolve grant queries with stakeholders.
