Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care Pte Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to oversee grant disbursements, governance, analytics and process improvements to ensure accurate, compliant operations.

You will manage fund movements across national schemes, support procurement and finance activities, maintain implementation documentation, and drive data analytics, audits, and digitalisation to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline; with relevant experience in finance, audit, governance, compliance, or operational review functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to review data, identify anomalies, and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant disbursements and fund movements across national schemes with accurate, timely payouts.
• Support procurement and finance-related activities connected to grant operations.
• Maintain operational frameworks and implementation documentation; ensure policy compliance and regulatory standards.
• Identify, investigate, document, and elevate gaps, exceptions, control weaknesses, and anomalies.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence, tracking findings, and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
• Analyze data across business domains to identify trends, anomalies, and insights for decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and digitalisation for efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
