A national service organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support its infrastructure network. Responsibilities include overseeing both on-premise and cloud resources, ensuring compliance with security standards, and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in IT, strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, and a solid understanding of system administration across various platforms.
Plan, manage, support and administrate SAFRA’s infrastructure network that includes network devices, servers and infrastructure on both on‑premise and on Cloud to ensure system uptime and security compliance.
Manage third‑party vendors to ensure smooth IT support operations and to ensure third‑party vendors meet service level, security and quality standards.
Design and plan for infrastructure upgrades and migration by embracing newer technologies in market to keep up with technological advancements and IT Security compliance.
Lead and spearhead projects and initiatives such as end user computing, mobile computing security, productivity improvements, SOPs, housekeeping and due diligence checks on vendors.
Plan, manage, support and administrate all network devices, servers and infrastructure for both on‑premise and on Cloud.
Responsible for the smooth operations for end users in their usage of ICT systems from desktop/laptop, network, internet, email and any other applications used.
Responsible for level 2 support on IT infrastructure.
Comply, execute and enforce IT related policies, processes, guidelines, IT operation procedures, and standards for compliance and protect IT computer networks (computer workstations, computer servers, printers, wireless systems etc.) and application systems (online, database etc.) against computer intrusions, unauthorized access, and other malicious misuses to meet IM8 and MINDEF Corporate Governance Framework.
Work with IT Service Delivery Manager on IT projects and initiatives.
Provide technical support and work within Information Technology Division to ensure prompt and timely delivery of service and system.
Document resolutions, instructions and other information as well as key IT procedures and standards as needed to provide assistance and support of computer systems.
Manage third party vendors.
Any other tasks / responsibilities assigned from time to time.
