Job summary

Moody’s is seeking an Associate Director - Industry Practice Lead (Regulator) in Singapore. You will serve as a technical liaison to clients, translating regulatory needs into Moody’s solutions and shaping market strategies through thought leadership and collaboration with product teams.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, oversee proposals, and help drive go-to-market activities, while coaching sales teams and delivering customer-focused briefings and trainings across APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years in Financial Regulatory, Central Banking and/or consulting services.
• Familiarity with regional/global FS regulatory landscape and market trends including financial stability, climate risk, third party risk and compliance, AML responsible AI and governance.
• Experience in policy development, financial stability, supervision, regulatory oversight as part of a regulatory body is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Industry Practice Lead (IPL) for Moody’s in Singapore, acting as technical liaison to clients and prospects.
• Lead solution design to address client needs and articulate Moody’s value proposition.
• Drive sales support, training, and market engagement with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Translate market themes and regulatory requirements into product requirements and go-to-market activities.
• Coach and share expertise with sales professionals and market strategists, and conduct customer use-case trainings.
