Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML, or regulatory roles within banks or AFC/KYC vendors.
• Strong knowledge of AML frameworks and fraud prevention; familiarity with regional market trends.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles related to compliance solutions.
• Awareness of regulators' expectations, especially in KYC.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate organizational ambiguity and collaborate across teams.
• Interest in ethical AI practices and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with APAC sales leadership, regional service team, and global strategy to define market strategy.
• Manage stakeholder requirements, priorities, and changes.
• Translate regional regulatory themes into product requirements and identify white space.
• Lead and participate in marketing campaigns in the regions.
• Develop product-specific use cases and marketing collateral.
• Lead and participate in deal qualifications, scoping, RFP/RFI, and monitor pipelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management and Research to feed regional intelligence and product evolution.
• Provide enablement and training to Sales for pre-sale activities.
