Job summary

Training will be provided. The role reports to the Sales Manager and involves coordinating with warehouse/logistics to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining accurate records and supporting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level required.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service preferred.
• Good communication in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and sales orders via phone, email, and website.
• Prepare quotations and sales invoices, and follow up on orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
