Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage inquiries and coordinate order processing for mechanical/industrial products in Singapore. You will review technical specifications, prepare quotations, and liaise with sales and operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical support.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Technical Support, or Industrial Product Sales preferred.
Able to understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and industrial products.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
Review customer specifications and evaluate suitable products and engineering solutions.
Prepare quotations, RFQs, technical proposals, and coordinate order processing activities.
Liaise closely with customers, sales, operations, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Provide basic technical product support and clarification to customers.
Handle customer feedback, service issues, and maintain accurate customer records.
Support invoicing, documentation, and administrative duties as required.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
