Job summary

You will provide product and technical information, manage orders, quotes and returns, and use CRM to capture data, while maintaining timely communications with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in inside sales or related field.
• Diploma or Degree required.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information.
• Determine customer requirements and recommend products/solutions.
• Process orders, quotes and returns accurately; manage in-stock item availability.
