Job summary

Allinton Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd invites an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our Singapore team. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and support outdoor sales while coordinating with procurement, warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfilment.

You will maintain customer records in our ERP system, build strong client relationships, and contribute to sales reporting and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–2 years in sales support or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Team player and collaborative across departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries by phone, email and walk-ins with timely responses.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, sales orders and tenders.
• Support Outdoor Sales Executives in managing accounts.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics for order fulfilment.
• Maintain customer records in the ERP system.
• Assist in sales reporting, forecasting and documentation.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints and after-sales queries.
