You will handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations while coordinating with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order completion and delivery. The role emphasizes maintaining customer relationships and expanding market presence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Priority given to candidates with experience in manufacturing sales, order processing, or business management; familiarity with factory production and basic foreign trade processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer development and channel expansion to achieve company sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, solution negotiations, and business negotiations; follow up on order completion.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, conduct regular follow-ups, and improve repurchase and retention rates.
• Coordinate with factory production, quality inspection, shipping, and logistics.
• Promptly handle order exceptions, after-sales issues, and customer complaints; coordinate internal solutions.
• Develop sales plans and monthly/quarterly targets, break down tasks, and follow up on implementation.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration for efficient cooperation between production, warehousing, finance, and other departments.
• Assist in market development.
• Promote and implement new product sales plans, regularly report progress and status to superiors, and control business and payment risks.
• Handle daily office tasks, data entry, organize data related to business and import/export, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
