Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Sales Engineer located in Singapore. You will identify and engage new business prospects while managing the full sales process. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering and has experience in automation and control systems.

You will develop technical proposals, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate closely with engineering teams. The position offers a competitive salary package including performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a technical role such as Sales Engineer or Application Engineer.
• Experience ideally within industrial automation, control systems, or component distribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business prospects across Singapore.
• Build and sustain a healthy pipeline to meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Develop and present persuasive technical proposals and presentations.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
• Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs.
• Propose and configure suitable control system designs.
• Deliver pre-sales support through demos and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with internal engineers and suppliers for optimal solutions.
• Foster relationships with engineers and decision-makers.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups.
• Serve as the main technical liaison for customers.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to align goals.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid knowledge of automation components (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Education

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering
