Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a technical role such as Sales Engineer or Application Engineer.
• Experience ideally within industrial automation, control systems, or component distribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business prospects across Singapore.
• Build and sustain a healthy pipeline to meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Develop and present persuasive technical proposals and presentations.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
• Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs.
• Propose and configure suitable control system designs.
• Deliver pre-sales support through demos and feasibility assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales support through demos, proof‑of‑concept trials, and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with internal engineers and key suppliers to formulate optimal solutions for complex requirements.
• Foster and grow strong relationships with engineers, project leads, and decision‑makers at both new and existing accounts.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through consistent follow‑ups and post‑sale
• Serve as the main technical liaison for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align goals and share market intelligence.
• Report field insights to management, including product feedback, competitor movements, and customer demands.
