Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Sales Engineer (Industrial Equipment / Technical Solutions) to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, based at Boon Lay.

You will tailor proposals, build client relationships, support after-sales service, and assist with tender submissions. A Diploma in Engineering and a valid Class 3 driving licence are required; training will be provided for candidates without sales experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience is an advantage.
• Candidates without sales experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Experience with GeBIZ tender system is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Understand client requirements and assess equipment needs for tailored proposals and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders to enable growth.
• Provide after-sales support and advise on materials, machinery or parts.
• Oversee daily activities to ensure project progress meets quality goals.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies to expand customer base and market reach.
• Collaborate on tender submissions with the team and gather information for proposals.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to present innovative technologies.
• Review sales performance with management and update on prospects and timelines.
• Work with Sales Manager to prepare periodic reports and communicate progress.
