Strong communication and CRM familiarity are valued, with potential commission based on performance. Join a team serving schools, corporate clients and government sectors with LED displays, interactive panels and audio systems, with regular hours 8:00-17:30,

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date product and pricing information.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure orders are delivered and issues resolved.

Role summary:

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Indoor Sales Representative to help customers in our showroom or sales office. You’ll answer questions, understand customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and follow up on enquiries to help meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Learn about customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and existing customer accounts.
• Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Keep product and pricing information up to date.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure orders are delivered and customer issues are resolved.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales or CRM systems.
• Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage.
