Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a results-driven Indoor Sales Executive in Singapore to drive sales activities for the company’s products. You will manage customer engagements, maintain SAP and CRM data, and work with the team to convert inquiries into orders.

The role requires 2–4 years in indoor sales, a Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics, and knowledge of SAP SD is a plus. Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of indoor sales experience.
• Knowledge of SAP SD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Scope

• Manage the Sales activities (Indoor Sales Activities and Customer Engagement) of company product in Singapore.
• To manage and monitor customer and product information in the SAP database.
• To manage and ensure the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM – C4C) is used as per Company’s guidelines and policies.
• Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying and generating sales via Indoor sales activities (Customer Engagement via Teleselling)
• Manage Customer Teleselling and engagement by proactive contact of existing and potential customers.
• Manage requests for information and online presentations.
• To identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales process.
• Provide commercial and technical collaboration to customers.
• Understand customers nature of business, purchasing behavior and company structure/key contacts, and formulate the solution/product through efficient technical and commercial service/support to help customer solve their problem or meet their goals/tasks with company Products and Solutions.
• Create and maintain the reputation of the products and increase company brand awareness in the market.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or relevant disciplines
• 2 - 4 years of experience in indoor sales role
• Knowledge in SAP SD will be a plus
