Job summary

The Curtain Boutique is seeking an energetic Indoor Sales Executive to support the Branch/Sales Manager in onboarding clients and achieving monthly sales targets. You will handle calls, follow up inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage documentation while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

A strong sales drive and ability to close deals will be rewarded with a good basic salary plus commission.

• Min ‘O’ Level and above.
• Sales driven and self-motivated with a positive mindset.
• Independent, fast learner and passion for sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A good team player and able to work well in fast-paced environment.
• Articulate, good presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy indoor sales.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls / Text Messages and returns voice mail messages promptly.
• Tracks accurately all incoming demand (calls and walk ins).
• Prepares and send quotation / invoices / receipts to the customers.
• Immediately follows up on customer enquiries or reservations and attempts to make an appointment to do onsite measurement.
• Collection of deposit and full payment from customers.
• Provide support to the Branch / Sales Manager on the day-to-day management of the outlet.
• Ensure that all customer-related documents are properly handled and filed correctly before handling over to after-sales department.

Indoor Sales Executive

Overall job objective:

• Answers calls / Text Messages and returns voice mail messages promptly
• Tracks accurately all incoming demand (calls and walk ins)
• Prepares and send quotation / invoices / receipts to the customers
