Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a results-driven Indoor Sales Executive in Singapore to drive sales activities for the company’s products. You will manage customer engagements, maintain SAP and CRM data, and work with the team to convert inquiries into orders.

The role requires 2–4 years in indoor sales, a Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics, and knowledge of SAP SD is a plus. Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical and Electronics or related field.
• 2–4 years of indoor sales experience.
• Knowledge of SAP SD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities (indoor sales and customer engagement) in Singapore.
• Maintain customer/product data in SAP.
• Use CRM (C4C) per policies.
• Conduct sales via telesales and customer engagement.
• Generate leads and drive through the sales process.
• Provide commercial and technical collaboration to customers.
• Enhance product reputation and company brand awareness.
