MNC Company in Singapore West is hiring for a sales-focused role. The candidate will build and maintain relationships with consultants, main contractors, and other stakeholders, while reviewing customer requirements and preparing quotes.

The position offers a basic salary with benefits, training provided for those with limited experience, and a clear path for career progression. Working hours are 8.30am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with Mobile & Transport allowances, AWS, and a variable bonus.

Competenze

• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation is required.
• Training provided for those lesser/without experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other stakeholders, including site visits and sales meetings.
• Review customer requirements and establish relevant quotes for customers.
• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase customer base and achieve sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies to maintain and enhance relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide engineering/technical support to customers.
• Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up.
• Meet and manage sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders. This includes attending site visits, sales meetings and providing technical advice.

• Review of customer requirements and establishment of relevant quote to customers.

• Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share to increase customer base to achieve optimal sales target.

• Develop sales strategies to upkeep and enhance business relationships with existing and new customers.

• Provide Engineering / Technical support to customers.

• Pre-sales preparation and conduct after-sales service through follow-up.

• Meet and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Discipline or Building Automation.

• Training provided for those lesser/without experience.
