ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive in Singapore.

You will handle inquiries, evaluate tender documents, assist with material procurement and prepare quotations for client projects. You will coordinate with manufacturers to secure necessary drawings and certificates and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Applicants should hold an Electrical Engineering qualification, have 1–2 years of relevant experience, and preferably possess knowledge of electrical products.

Competenze

• Qualification/certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Electrical products knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Material Take Off in an M&E setting is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Electrical & Instrumentation Solutions Provider
• Position Title: Indoor Sales Executive
• Working Location: Joo Seng (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate tender documents.
• Assist with the procurement of materials from various suppliers/ manufacturers to meet customer project needs.
• Assist the Outdoor Sales team in preparing quotations.
• Monitor the status of quotations and finalize orders.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for submission of necessary documentation, such as drawings and certificates.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• With qualification/ certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
