About the Role

We are looking for an Indoor Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team and support customers across Singapore's industrial, engineering and commercial sectors.

You will be a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations and coordinating orders from enquiry through to fulfilment.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving product and order-related queries, and working closely with different internal teams to get things done.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.


• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions from our range of industrial and engineering products.


• Prepare quotations, sales orders, tenders and other sales documentation.


• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to support order conversion.


• Support Outdoor Sales Executives in managing customer accounts and following up on customer requirements.


• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.


• Check product availability and work with suppliers on product sourcing when required.


• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the ERP system.


• Follow up on customer requests, issues and after-sales matters.


• Build good working relationships with customers and internal teams.


• Assist with sales reports, forecasts and other sales-related activities.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, sales coordination or a related role.


• Experience in B2B sales or industrial, engineering, hardware or equipment-related industries will be an advantage.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple enquiries and orders at the same time.


• Proactive in following up and resolving customer requirements.


• Comfortable working with different departments to coordinate customer orders.


• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.


• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
