Overview

Responsibilities
  • Active following up with customer to generate sales lead and secure potential sales opportunities
  • Perform daily order processing from customers' requests (from quotation to processing orders)
  • Coordinate with outbound processing to Schedule, Liaise Internally, Manage and Resolve with any matters with customers' finished goods
  • Coordinate with the various department to ensure smooth operation (may required face to face communicate with the production staffs)
  • Handle customers face to face regarding ordering or outbound matters.
  • Responding to incoming email, phone, mobile platform enquiries
  • Be responsible for all correspondences, filing, photocopying, recording, documentation
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' level with related working experiences
  • Applicant with either similar job duties will have advantages
  • Comfortable to work in different multicultural team
  • Possess positive working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Possess good communication skills (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills as required to handle customers enquiries daily
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to accept job flexibility and willingness to learn new duties
  • Ability to start work with short notice preferred
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Changi (Preferably for applicants to stay in East area)
  • 5.5days work week with alternate Saturday
  • Mon - Fri (8am to 5.30pm); Alternate Sat (8am to 4pm)
