Job summary

Zendesk Singapore is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional for a pure hunting sales role. You will engage SMB/EMC prospects across Asia, uncover opportunities, and work with sales, product, and marketing to build a healthy pipeline.

You should bring at least 2 years of outbound sales experience, a self-starter mindset, excellent communication, and native Bahasa Indonesia to cover Indonesia. The role is hybrid with some onsite attendance at the local office.

Qualifications

• Business development experience in the SMB/EMC segment, especially covering Indonesia.
• At least 2 years of outbound sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and clients to understand business challenges.
• Generate high-value pipeline through strategic prospecting into SMB/EMC accounts.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop target prospect lists.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and provide excellent customer experience.
