• At least 6 months of professional experience in sales or related industry.
• Experience with cold calling and emailing.
• Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Nurture, develop, and handoff leads that result in qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
• Own a territory and drive qualified tours and handoffs to accelerate sales performance.
• Own the sales process: contact identification, lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
• Work with automation platforms to input and track data.
• Collaborate closely with Leasing Teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on target accounts.
• Execute strategy and process implemented by Inside Sales Leadership.
• Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.
• Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience.
