Job summary

Salt Talent Search is hiring a Vietnamese-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Singapore. The role focuses on selling cloud-based solutions by engaging prospective customers, communicating value propositions, and uncovering business needs to build high-quality sales opportunities.

This is a one year contract role based in Singapore. The SDR will execute multi-channel prospecting, engage potential customers via email, phone, social selling, and events, and collaborate with the sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales or related fields.
• Native-level Vietnamese and the ability to engage accounts in Vietnam.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Experience in inside sales or customer engagement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies across target accounts in Vietnam.
• Engage potential customers through email, phone, social selling, marketing-qualified leads, and in-person events.
• Clearly articulate the client’s value proposition while identifying customer pain points and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to generate and qualify opportunities for field sales.
• Build and manage pipeline by identifying qualified prospects and supporting the relationship between accounts and Account Executives.
