Job summary

Salt Talent Search in Singapore seeks a Vietnamese-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive sales of cloud-based solutions. You will prospect, engage, and qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives to build a strong pipeline from Singapore and Vietnam.

The role is a one-year contract based in Singapore. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or business development, native Vietnamese, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, prospecting, marketing, IT consulting, or high-tech environments.
• Experience through internships or early-career roles in inside sales or customer engagement is an advantage.
• Native-level Vietnamese with the ability to manage and communicate with accounts in Vietnam.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies across target accounts in Vietnam.
• Engage potential customers through email, phone, social selling, marketing-qualified leads, and in-person events.
• Clearly articulate the client’s value proposition while identifying customer pain points and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to generate and qualify opportunities for field sales.
• Build and manage pipeline by identifying qualified prospects and supporting the relationship between accounts and Account Executives.
