Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound calls and digital inquiries, delivering professional and caring service during standard office hours in the CBD.

You will maintain CRM updates, cross-sell insurance products when appropriate, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes. A minimum of 1 year in a contact centre is required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a contact centre.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual is preferred to deal with diverse customers.
• Insurance certification (General or Health) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with contact centre systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via inbound phone calls and digital channels with professionalism and care
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in our CRM system
• Proactively cross-sell and promote our insurance products when opportunities arise
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain service quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer journey
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and participate in continuous learning
