Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service professional for a 1 year contract in Singapore. You will manage inbound calls and digital inquiries, maintain CRM records accurately, and proactively promote insurance products to customers.

The role requires at least 1 year in a contact centre, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude. Office hours are Monday to Friday in the CBD, with a completion bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year customer service experience in a contact centre.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual is preferred to deal with people from all walks of life.
• Insurance certification (General or Health) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via inbound phone calls and digital channels with professionalism and care.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in our CRM system.
• Proactively cross-sell and promote our insurance products when opportunities arise.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain service quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer journey.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and participate in continuous learning.

Job description

• Dealing with customer enquiries via inbound calls
• CBD Area / Standard Office Hours (Monday – Friday)
• Salary up to $ 3,500 + Completion bonus
• Min 1 year call centre customer service experience (Experience in Financial industry is a plus!)
• 1 Year Contract (Highly renewable / convertible)
