Job Details:

• 5 months maternity cover
• Location: Kallang
• Salary: $13/hour - $15/hour
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am-6.00pm (with 1 hour unpaid break)

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound calls reporting lift breakdowns and dispatch technicians to the job site.
• For every inbound call, make a corresponding outbound call to coordinate the technician’s assignment.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of technicians.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all calls and dispatch activities.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve response times.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
