Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Executive in Singapore to manage the physical trade, prepare contracts, and handle shipping documentation. You will liaise with banks for financing, monitor shipments, and prepare invoices and import/export documents.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and can start immediately. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail across all levels of the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels within the company.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle physical trade responsibilities and support contract preparation.
• Prepare and liaise with banks for financing applications; monitor shipment status.
• Prepare sales/purchase invoices and arrange for payment/draw down import loans; manage export documents.
• Arrange insurance coverage and submit monthly declarations to insurers.
• Maintain trade records and assist in claims processing (including calculation).

Import and Export Firm trading is looking for a Shipping Executive.

Main responsibilities

• To be responsible for the physical trade including
• prepare sales/ purchase contracts
• prepare and liaise with banks for financing applications-monitor shipment status
• prepare sales invoices and other documents-check shipping documents and arrange for accounts to make payment/ draw down import loans-handle export documentation
• prepare insurance coverage, including monthly declarations to the insurers
• upkeep trade records
• To assist in claims (Calculation of claims etc.)

Requirements

• At least Diploma
• Experienced in shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player and have ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
• Can start work immediately is advantageous
