Saitech International Pte Ltd is seeking a Documentation Executive in Singapore to manage export/import documentation and coordinate with banks and shipping lines. You will prepare LC- or contract-based documents and support management reporting to ensure smooth trade operations.
The role requires 2–3 years of experience in export/import documentation and strong coordination with banks and logistics partners. Office-based role at Ubi Ave 3, Monday to Friday.
The Documentation Executive will manage export/import documentation, coordinate with banks and shipping lines, and prepare regular management reports to support smooth trade operations.
Prepare export and import documents accurately according to Letters of Credit (LC) or contract requirements to ensure compliance and timely processing. Submit documentation to banks and coordinate with them to facilitate payment and clearance processes. Communicate proactively with clients to follow up on documentation status and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with shipping lines to track shipments and obtain necessary documents for clearance. Collect documents from shipping lines and banks, then take appropriate actions to maintain workflow continuity. Compile and prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide operational insights. Perform adhoc administrative duties to support the documentation and logistics team as needed.
