Job summary

TOYOPOWER GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Import/Export Coordinator to manage daily operations, coordinate shipments and prepare trade documents.

You will liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers, ensure regulatory compliance, and support improvements across logistics and ERP systems, including Navision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily import and export operations, including shipment coordination, booking, and document preparation.
• Prepare and verify all trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and internal company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely submission of all traderelated documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to align shipment timelines with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Manage import and export shipments to and from Malaysia, including permit declarations, Certificate of Origin applications, customs clearance, and compliance with regulations.
• Experience in using ERP systems, Navision system, is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
