Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced airfreight import specialist to manage end-to-end shipments, coordinate with airlines and vendors, and ensure timely customs clearance.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and rapid resolution of inquiries. The role requires hands-on airfreight experience, proficiency in Cargowise, and strong knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and customs compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in airfreight operations, covering import shipments.
• Familiar with Cargowise and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, airfreight documentation, and customs compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with airlines and vendors.
• Serve as the main customer contact, providing shipment updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, SLAs, and internal procedures while monitoring shipment performance.
• Support process improvements and mentor junior staff, ensuring accurate records, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction.
