Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with airlines and vendors.
• Serve as the main customer contact, providing shipment updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, SLAs, and internal procedures while monitoring shipment performance.
• Support process improvements and mentor junior staff, ensuring accurate records, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction.

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in airfreight operations, covering both import and export shipments.
• Proficiency in Cargowise system and Microsoft Office applications.
