Job summary

DP World seeks an Implementation Manager based in Singapore to drive end-to-end logistics projects across the country. You will adapt regional strategies to country needs, coordinating deployment of warehouse operations, TMS, and client onboarding into DP World’s framework.

Expect responsibilities from project initiation to transition, including planning, milestones, and post-go-live support. You will travel extensively, up to 100%, and collaborate across teams to ensure on-time, within-scope

Experience managing logistics projects end-to-end with strong project governance.
Attention to detail to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess information and implement solutions.

Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of logistics projects in Singapore, aligning with customer requirements and DP World standards.
Plan timelines, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budgets.
Coordinate setup and deployment of logistics solutions for new and existing clients.
Provide post-go-live support, monitor ramp-up, and KPI achievement, and manage change requests.
Collaborate with site managers to ensure solutions are built per design and standards.
