Job summary

DP World Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Implementation – APAC to own the implementation strategy across Freight Forwarding, 4PL and Contract Logistics.

You will lead onboarding and rollout for new customers, working with Sales, Product & IT, Operations, Finance and Legal to deliver on-time, in-scope, and on-budget implementations. You will develop a regional implementation team, strengthen standards and governance, and ensure a consistent, positive customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding industry, ideally within a multinational.
• Demonstrated expertise in Trade Management and Ocean Freight operations.
• Proven ability to deliver results with a commercial mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Strategic yet action-oriented, with the ability to translate plans into outcomes.
• Skilled negotiator with a focus on achieving results.
• Proven ability to manage virtual, cross-regional teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead large meetings.
• Able to travel internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain APAC-wide implementation standards, SOPs, governance, risk controls and compliance frameworks.
• Lead client onboarding and solution rollouts across Freight Forwarding, 4PL and Contract Logistics.
• Translate client requirements into executable implementation plans with Sales, Product & IT, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Embed trade, customs and safety requirements into plans and manage risks for smooth go-lives.
• Establish KPIs, monitor delivery quality and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration and SOP rollout with IT and Operations.
• Recruit, coach and develop a regional implementation team across markets.
• Act as primary escalation point, provide updates and build relationships with clients and executives.
