Job summary

DP World seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Implementation – APAC to own the implementation strategy across Freight Forwarding, 4PL and Contract Logistics. Lead regional onboarding and rollouts, guiding multi-function teams to ensure on-time go-lives and controlled scope.

The role drives APAC-wide standards, governance, risk controls and a best-practice customer experience, with travel up to 40% and leadership across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Proven ocean freight forwarding experience.
• Trade management and ocean freight operations expertise.
• Commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Strategic yet action-oriented with execution ability.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience leading virtual cross-regional teams.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain APAC-wide implementation standards, SOPs and governance.
• Lead client onboarding and rollouts across Freight Forwarding, 4PL and Contract Logistics.
• Translate client requirements into executable implementation plans with Sales, Product & IT.
• Embed trade, customs and safety requirements into plans and manage risks.
• Establish KPIs and monitor delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration and SOP rollout with IT/Operations.
• Recruit, coach and develop a regional implementation team.
• Act as escalation point and build trusted client relationships with executives.
