Job summary

DP World Senior Manager, Customer Implementation – APAC leads the regional rollout of new customers and solutions across Freight Forwarding, 4PL and Contract Logistics. You’ll own the implementation strategy, governance and client outcomes, coordinating with Sales, Product, IT, Operations, Finance and Legal.

You will build and mentor a regional team, embed standards, monitor KPIs and ensure a consistent, positive customer experience across APAC, with travel up to 40% as required to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding within a multinational.
• Proven expertise in Trade Management and Ocean Freight operations.
• Commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Strategic yet hands-on, translating plans into outcomes.
• Strong negotiator with cross-regional leadership ability.
• Experience managing virtual, multinational teams.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain APAC-wide implementation standards, SOPs and governance.
• Lead onboarding and solution rollouts across Freight Forwarding, 4PL and Contract Logistics.
• Translate client requirements into executable implementation plans with Sales, Product & IT, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Embed trade, customs and safety requirements into plans and manage risks.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across APAC.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration and SOP rollout with IT and Operations.
• Recruit, coach and develop a regional implementation team across markets.
• Act as primary escalation point and maintain relationships with clients and senior executives.
