Job summary

DP World Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Implementation Manager based in Singapore to lead end-to-end logistics project deployments across the country, ensuring solutions meet local customer requirements and align with DP World standards.

You will coordinate project initiation through transition, manage timelines and milestones, and provide post-go-live support to monitor ramp-up, KPIs, and change requests, while maintaining proactive communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/Logistics Management (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years+ experience in Project Management within a logistics environment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess information and implement solutions.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of responsibilities and projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the working week as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects in alignment with DP World's governance standards.
• Champion project methodologies and deliverables within timelines.
• Collaborate with site managers to implement solutions per design intent.
• Manage procurement processes and control timelines and expenditures.
• Document and present project costs and expenditures for approval.
• Ensure active involvement of the project team throughout implementation.
