Ops Tech & PMP is seeking a Bid Manager to steer end-to-end IFM tenders in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated delivery models, manage supplier RFQs, and validate costings and commercial assumptions.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, stakeholder engagement, and governance leadership to deliver compelling proposals within tight deadlines. You will coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams and support post-award mobilisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading cross-functional bid teams in a formal procurement or FM environment.
• Strong ability to develop and articulate commercial strategies for tenders.
• Proven track record in negotiations with vendors and partners.

Aufgaben

• Review IFM tender documents to define service scope, assets, manpower, and pricing.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop an integrated bid delivery model.
• Manage RFQ processes for OEMs and service partners with clear commercial comparisons.
• Own bid cost models covering manpower, equipment, maintenance, mobilisation and overheads.
• Negotiate scope, rates, service levels, payment terms and warranties.
• Establish bid governance, schedules, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Prepare clear technical and commercial content including value-for-money narratives.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, legal, HR, and safety teams.
• Build a network of vendors and market intelligence for future bids.
• Lead risk assessment, due diligence, and issue escalation for tender decisions.
• Represent the bid team in client interactions and contract negotiations.
• Oversee post-award handover and mobilisation to operations teams.
