Job summary

CHECC(SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Tender Specialist to support business development for IFM/FM projects in Singapore. You will prepare pricing, coordinate proposals, and evaluate tender specifications with operations teams.

The role requires a diploma in engineering or related fields and at least three years of tender costing experience in IFM/FM or M&E. Singapore government tender processes familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum in Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in tender costing and proposal preparation of the tenders of IFM/FM, M&E or related industries preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore Government tender processes will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities for IFM/FM projects.
• Prepare tender costing and pricing for IFM/FM projects and commercial coordination.
• Identify and follow upon new business opportunities and tender invitations.
• Coordinate tender submissions, pricing inputs, and proposal preparation.
• Analyze tender specifications, drawings, and requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations sourcing.
• Prepare manpower costing and operational cost breakdowns.
• Assist in preparation of tender submissions, compliance documents, and clarifications.
• Maintain and update vendor databases, cost records and historical pricing references.
• Support proposal and quotation preparation for hard and soft FM services.
• Build and maintaining good relationships with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams during tender preparation.
• Monitor tender portals and submission timelines.
• Maintain tender records, proposal documents and business development databases.
