Job summary

Knight Frank in Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Manager, Bid Management to lead strategic bid and business development initiatives across our Facilities Management services. You will oversee the full bid lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver competitive proposals.

A 3+ year track record in bid-related roles and a relevant degree are required, with a preference for FM or engineering backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in bid management, business development, tender management, or commercial strategy.
• Proven ability in financial modelling, pricing strategy, and proposal development.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and client engagement.
• Experience in Facilities Management, built environment, engineering, or project-based industries is advantageous.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives to identify opportunities and expand market share across targeted segments.
• Lead proposals, presentations, and pitches to support business growth and client engagement.
• Manage the full bid lifecycle from qualification and pricing to submission, evaluation, and post-bid analysis.
• Develop financial models, pricing structures, and commercial analysis based on data, trends, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, technical, finance, legal, and support teams to ensure compliant, timely bid delivery.
