Job summary

certis integrated facilities management pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead and oversee all FM operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient facilities. The role requires coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulators to deliver high-quality FM services.

The candidate should bring a track record in IFM delivery, strong leadership and a data-driven approach to improve performance and service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services delivery within a contractor or client-side role.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all FM operations as the primary point of contact for FM-related matters.
• Ensure facilities are safe, functional and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and address service delivery, discipline and finance issues.
• Drive continuous improvement with data-driven recommendations to address KPI shortfalls.
• Participate in strategic meetings to evaluate service performance and refine FM strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors and regulators to ensure timely, cost-effective FM delivery.
• Resolve FM-related concerns and escalate issues as needed.
