Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Executive in Singapore to support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day IFM operations. You will supervise site operations, manage contractors, coordinate maintenance activities and ensure services meet contractual obligations and client expectations.

The role involves ensuring safe and efficient operation of building services and M&E systems, and you may deputize for the Facilities Manager during their absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated facilities management (IFM) operations.
• Supervise site operations and contractors to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient operation of M&E systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and respond to client requests.
• Deputize for Facilities Manager when required.
• Maintain high service standards and safety compliance.
